Refund policy

Currently we cannot accept refunds after a product has shipped. If you would like to cancel your order before an item has shipped, please contact customer service and we would be happy to refund you. 

For returned mail, due to non acceptance or missing or incorrect mailing details, a $20.00 USD restocking fee will be incurred by the customer, or the full cost of shipping will be charged again to reship the item. Items returned to www.psychedstubstance.shop due to the refusal of paying duties and taxes will be subject to any additional charges incurred (including return shipping fees and any duties and taxes incurred) to the seller upon receipt. 

Please note that it is up to the customer to ensure all mailing details are correct before an item ships. Once it ships, we are unable to change the mailing address and refunds will not be given.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
All orders are final sale. No refunds will be issued. In the event that your order is returned to us due to insufficient address or the refusal to pay duties and tax, the customer will be subject to any additional fees accrued by the merchant before return of funds.

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to accept exchanges. All orders are final sale. Please double check sizing before purchasing.
